This Halloween is apparently the year to dress as a vehicle from Star Wars. I must have missed the memo because yesterday we saw an AT-ST costume, and today brings a two person AT-AT Imperial Walker costume.
Stkmach on Instructables wanted to do something big this year, and he succeeded. His 1:6.5 scale AT-AT takes two people to operate and measures over 10′ tall and 12′ long. The frame was built from PVC, and the skin was corrugated plastic (just like the AT-ST). He had to work stilts into the rig too so that it could actually move. I hope he teams up with the AT-ST and that they find a rebel base to threaten soon.
