This is what the costumes for Chewbacca should have looked like in the movies. It's actually the wookiee Tarfful and it was designed by Julian Checkley who also made this stunning Darth Malgus cosplay. It took three months to build the 8'2 costume. He wears stilts inside the suit and it also has a built-in soundboard so whenever he opens his mouth you hear the wookiee roar.
