Last night we were at the evil Wal-Mart to get some household supplies when all of a sudden I discovered these new Batman items! If you hit their "Holiday Cosmetics" area you might be able to find these Batman Bath Products: Batman Toothbrush Holder, Batman Fizz n'Foam Bath Set, Cans of Batman Moldable Foam Soap ( 2 ), & the Large Batman 3-Bath Foam Set! Please excuse my crappy photos, I only had my camera phone with me, but you get the idea! The Large Bath Foam Set ( 2nd photo ) is $9.00 & all the others are $5.00 each. These are usually a pretty good deal, & well liked as children's Christmas gifts, so be sure to get them if you see them. They almost ALWAYS sell-out early! Also, I bet you can also find them at Target stores because they usually have them every year, but I have not checked yet. The next item is something extremely cool that was spotted by our friend Joe! He was at a Walgreens Drug Store where he said he found this Exclusive BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD Wall Clock, it's only $9.99. I really love this cartoon so this clock will be a "must have item" for me, ha ha! ( Thank you very much for sending the pic Joe, I appreciate that ). Shown here are some cool pieces of Batman merchandise made by the Havaianas company. Their high-quality footwear are getting pretty popular. Some people call them "Sandals", I've always called then "Flip-Flops", ha! I have displayed the ones here with artwork of the Dark Knight but they also have some with other superhero graphics like Superman, Wonder Woman, & Green Lantern. Also, one pair features The Joker! I recently got a message from a guy named Steve who is searching for a piece of his childhood. Well, he's looking for a Batman Rain Coat that he had as a kid in the 1970's. He wrote me to see if I had any information but I have never seen this bat-product before. The cool thing, he made these 2 awesome drawings to represent what he's looking for. Yeah, he got into heavy detail here, ha! the Coat was made out of Heavy Black Latex Rubber & was sort of like a Poncho. It had a Bat-Cowl Hood with a Clear-Plastic Visor. On the back was a Large BATMAN Logo ( 1970's Style ) inside a Yellow Oval-Shape. So, has anybody ever seen this thing? If so then please let us know. Thanks.
Just a quick post to share the news that the annual LICENSING International Expo starts today & will run from June 14th to 16th in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The BIG news of course is that Warner Bros will be set-up there & hopefully they will be announcing some of the BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Merchandise! Well, at least we hope they do, ha ha! Here is the cover and all the inside pages to a Vintage "Trade Publication" Magazine called TOYS AND NOVELTIES that was published around April 15th, 1966. This was a special item sent to Toy Retailers, like Department Stores ( think Sears & Montgomery Wards ) and Toy Stores ( mostly "Mom & Pop" type places ). Basically, it featured new products coming out that season plus information for the Wholesalers. Today this issue is special to "Vintage Batman Toy Collectors" because it was the "Bat-Issue"!
Shown here are all the advertisements for cool Batman items coming out. Today it's a treasure trove of super-rare collectibles. Seriously, I've been an extremely hardcore Toy Collector hunting down Bat-Merchandise for over 20+ years & I have NEVER seen some of these items!! Here's a quick post to share news about 2 brand-new pieces of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Batman Movie Merchandise that will be out later this year. The 1st item is a Bioworld WALLET with TDKR Movie Poster image on it, the crumbling bat-logo ( Available in July 2012 ). Next, is a pair of BANE SNEAKERS by Converse. You know they will probably be making Batman & Catwoman ones too. These will be sold at Journey's, also around July.

Here's a quick post to share a few pics of some brand-new pieces of BATMAN Merchandise and Collectibles coming out soon. What ever YOU call these things: Water Globes, Snow Domes ( I prefer "Snow Globes" ) these are pretty cool! Westland Gifts is set to come out with these & they look kinda fun. 
The ones of the Dynamic Duo will retail for around $20 each and the 2nd BATMAN one ( 3rd photo ) will be about $35. I'm not sure yet why that one costs more; but I'm guessing it will probably have a music box built into it or something. They all measure about 2 1/2-inches in diameter. Look for these to hit stores around November 2012.
