This post is all about the amazing Batman Toy Collection of our good friend Tomas from Puerto Rico. He's been reading the Bat-Blog for awhile & decided to send us some photos. Personally, I love when people do that because there's something special about seeing other people's collections. I always like to see what I have & don't have. It looks like Tomas likes to collect New Action Figures, Superhero Dolls, Silver-Age Comics Books, & Vintage Beatles Record Albums! Yeah, I couldn't help but notice them as I'm a BIG FAN of the Fab Four also. I also like how everything is so well-organized & displayed properly, that's cool, good job. Before it's too late, I wanna thank Tomas for taking the time to take all of these pictures, they're great! Tomas, your collection is wonderful & I appreciate the pics. I know this post has a ton of photos but I promise that if you look at them closely, one at a time, you'll see a lot of really cool stuff! These photos were sent in by a Bat-Blog Fan named Jason who has been collecting Batman Memorabilia for a little while , mainly carded action figures, but he has acquired an extremely excellent collection so far! Not only is the stuff he has pretty cool, but the job he does on displaying it is very nice, well done Jason. Thanks for sending us the pics. Now, I really like each & every item shown here but I gotta say my favorite pieces are the Mego Dolls & Super Powers Action Figures. I guess, mainly, because they remind me of my early years. I also love all the vintage comic books & posters too! You seem to be mainly focused on Action Figures, which is really great, but I like that you have some other items too like the Batman Board Game, Some Older Model Kits, & many Batmobiles...excellent! I want to invite all our readers to please share your collection photos. Sharing the joys of collecting is the main purpose of the Bat-Blog, thanks!
OK, I have said it a million times & I totally mean it, I love to see other people's Batman Toy Collections! It's always a game of "I got that, I want that, where did he get that?", ha ha! Here are some pics sent in to us by a Bat-Blog Fan named Ernest. He says that his main focus are the Batmobile Cars & just about anything with the famous "Yellow Oval" Batman Symbol Logo. I gotta say that there are some very cool items here! Of course it's almost impossible to pick out a favorite item here because everything is so awesome but I have to say that I really love the HUGE Remote Control Batmobile Car! I remember when it came out & I couldn't afford it at the time. But, someday, IT WILL BE MINE! Another neat thing to mention are the 2 Custom Driving-Light Covers that Ernest made. They are those 2 "Flat Yellow Circles" with Bat-Symbols cut-out of them that you can see in the bottom-center of the very last photo. They were made to fit the large Driving Lights on the front of his truck! These must look pretty cool all lit-up. Ernest, ya gotta send us a photo of that! In the mean time, I wanna thank you for taking the time to shoot all these great pics. Plus, you have the start of an amazing Batman Collection, keep it up! Here at the Bat-Blog we're always looking for Batman Collectors to share fun stuff with. Well, our friend John sent us some amazing pics of his collection the other day & because I have been so busy lately I have not been able to get them up here, until now! So, here they are. This is an extremely cool Batman Toy Collection! John's main focus seems to be on the 1966 Batman TV Series & it looks like he really likes Vintage Model Kits too. Drooling over these pictures I found a ton of neat Batman items I know many readers will enjoy seeing ( Be sure to click on the pictures here for larger photos ). I'm kinda proud of the fact that the Bat-Blog is one of the #1 places that people enjoy sharing their love of Batman Toy collecting. I've been a total Toy Collector for over 20 years & I am always still amazed when I see other people's collections. I don't know, it's just a really neat experience. Here's a great example. The other day I got an e-mail from a Bat-Blog Fan named Jason. You might remember his cool Joker & Poison Ivy Tattoo Photos we posted recently. Well, he sent us some pics of his awesome JOKER TOY collection!! I gotta say that there are some very great "Prince of Crime" items shown here, Ha Ha Ha! I love how it's all displayed so nicely. Plus, it's really cool to see a bunch of Joker stuff all together. I like collections that focus on a certain aspect of Batman. A few people I know focus mainly on the Batmobile Cars, for example. I wanna thank Jason for sharing these wonderful photos. Jason, I know you sent more pics than this but because of space limitations I had to tweet then down a little. But, overall, this is a nice representation of your amazing collection. Thanks for sending them, I appreciate that a lot. Getting to meet Batman Fans & Toy Collectors from all around the world is my favorite part of working on the Bat-Blog. Here's a perfect example, these photos were sent in by a new friend to the site named Niko. He lives in France & is a very serious Bat-Collector. In fact, I'm breaking this post down into three parts because there were so many pics & Niko's collection is HUGE! But, this is cool because we get to see a lot of neat stuff. He really seems to like the collectibles made by DC Direct, we're talking Action Figures & Statues. Also, besides Batman Niko really loves the Joker, that's cool. But there is also a nice variety of other items as well. Maybe I'm being small minded but I'm always amazed at the Dark Knight's popularity in far-away countries. That's completely AWESOME!
